Refund Policy
We offer a full refund of fees paid to KPB Monarch Ltd, in regard to work or services that you are not completely satisfied with. The refund will only be returned to the account it was received from.
Future Payments
Where you have a (future) recurring monthly payment set up for your accountancy services with KPB Monarch, agreed to span the term of our engagement with you, you can cancel this at any time by following the instructions in the monthly email you receive, or emailing us at info@kpbmonarch.com stating that you wish to cancel your payment. This will be acknowledged and actioned within 24 hours.
